RULES & REGULATIONS
英語オンラインへようこそ！すべての生徒がスムーズでプロフェッショナルな学習体験を得られるよう、以下の規則と規定を守っていただきますようお願い申し上げます。
1. 支払いポリシー
すべてのレッスンは、毎月の開始時に支払いが必要です。支払いは月の最初のレッスン前に行い、承認された支払い方法で支払ってください。期日内に支払いが行われない場合、支払いが確認されるまでレッスンは中断されることがあります。
2. 出席ポリシー
定期的な出席が求められます。レッスンに参加できない場合は、予定されたセッションの24時間前までに事前に通知してください。事前通知なしに欠席した場合、レッスンは再スケジュールされず、返金もありません。インストラクターによってレッスンがキャンセルされた場合は、相互に都合の良い時間に振替レッスンが行われます。
3. 遅刻
レッスンには時間通りにログインしてください。遅刻した場合でも、レッスンは予定通り終了し、フルレッスン料金が適用されます。
4. レッスンのキャンセルと再スケジュール
予定された時間の24時間前までにキャンセルまたは再スケジュールすることができます。24時間以内のキャンセルは、特別な事情がない限り全額が請求されます。
5. 行動の期待
すべての生徒は、レッスン中に敬意とプロフェッショナリズムを持って行動することが求められます。インストラクターや他の生徒に対する迷惑行為、不適切な言動、または無礼な行動は許されません。
6. 返金と転送
欠席またはキャンセルされたレッスンに対する返金は行いません。ただし、インストラクターが予期しない事情でレッスンを提供できない場合には返金されることがあります。レッスン料は他の生徒への転送はできません。
7. コース資料
生徒は、オンラインレッスンに必要な資料と技術を持っていることが求められます（例：動作するカメラ、マイク、インターネット接続）。すべての宿題や課題は、合意した期限内に提出してください。
8. プライバシーと機密保持
すべての個人情報は慎重に取り扱い、機密を保持します。レッスンの録画がある場合、それは個人的な使用のみとし、許可なく共有してはいけません。
9. 技術と接続
生徒は、インターネット接続と技術がスムーズなオンライン学習体験の要件を満たしていることを確認する責任があります。レッスン中に技術的な問題が発生した場合は、インストラクターにすぐに通知してください。インストラクター側に問題がある場合、レッスンは再スケジュールされます。

Welcome to English Online! To ensure a smooth and professional learning experience for all students,
we kindly ask that you adhere to the following rules and regulations:
1. Payment Policy
All lessons must be paid for at the start of each month.
Payments are due before the first lesson of the month and should be made via the approved payment methods.
Failure to pay on time may result in the suspension of lessons until payment is received.
2. Attendance Policy
Regular attendance is expected. If you are unable to attend a lesson, you must provide prior notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Lessons missed without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.
If a lesson is canceled by the instructor, a makeup lesson will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time.
3. Late Arrival
Please make sure to log in to your lesson on time.
If you are late, your lesson will still end at the scheduled time, and the full lesson fee will apply.
4. Lesson Cancellation and Rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule your lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson will be charged in full, unless under exceptional circumstances.
5. Behavior Expectations
All students are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during lessons.
Disruptive behavior, inappropriate language, or disrespect towards the instructor or fellow students will not be tolerated.
6. Refunds and Transfers
Refunds for missed or canceled lessons are not issued, except in cases where the instructor is unable to
provide lessons due to unforeseen circumstances.
Lesson fees are non-transferable to other students.
7. Course Materials
Students are expected to have the necessary materials and technology for online lessons (e.g., a working camera, microphone, and internet connection).
Any homework or assignments must be completed by the agreed deadlines.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
All personal information shared will be handled with care and confidentiality.
Recordings of lessons, if any, are for personal use only and must not be shared without permission.
9. Technology and Connectivity
Students are responsible for ensuring their internet connection and technology meet the requirements for a smooth online learning experience.
If you experience technical issues during the lesson, please notify the instructor immediately.
If the issue is on the instructor’s end, the lesson will be rescheduled.
By enrolling in English Online courses, you agree to adhere to these rules and regulations.
